2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by us are estimates based on the information supplied at the time.

Prices may change if:

The scope of work changes
The condition of the property differs from what was described
Additional services are requested
Unexpected circumstances arise during the service

We will communicate any significant price changes before continuing work where reasonably possible.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge late fees or suspend future services for overdue invoices.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee, particularly where staff, contractors, equipment, or chemicals have already been allocated.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If access cannot be gained, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work where:

Conditions are unsafe
Aggressive behaviour occurs
Hazardous materials are present without prior disclosure
Animals pose a risk to staff or contractors

Clients must disclose any known hazards relevant to the service being provided.

7. Pest Control Services

For pest control services:

Results may vary depending on environmental conditions and property maintenance
Follow-up treatments may be required
Clients must follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided

We do not guarantee permanent elimination of pests.

8. Lawn Care and Outdoor Services

Weather conditions may affect scheduling and service quality.

We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn damage, irrigation issues, hidden debris, underground services, or plant health problems outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, So Clean Property Solutions is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Delays caused by weather, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control

Any liability relating to services provided will be limited to the cost of the service supplied where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
